Programme
The stadium will be developed in phases with the ultimate aim of delivering a 6,000 capacity ground, meeting Football League entry requirements. Access and facilities for disabled supporters will be included as part of the first phase of the stadium.
Phase 1
- A new 2,000-seater covered main stand to include the main entrance and club shop, player facilities, as well as a 350 capacity conferencing/ banqueting facility with panoramic views of the pitch and 8 executive boxes.
- The construction of a covered north terrace with capacity for 1,200 spectators.
- Additional uncovered terracing on the remaining sides of the stadium (East and South) providing an overall initial capacity of 4,400 complying with stadium requirements for entry into the Blue Square Premier League.
Phase 2
- Construction of the South Terrace increasing capacity to 5,120
Phase 3
- Development of the East Terrace bringing the overall capacity to 6,120 and meeting Football League entry requirements.
Further Expansion?
- The stadium has been designed to allow the potential for an increased capacity up to 10,000.
